摘要
目的观察五水头孢唑林钠（第1代头孢类抗生素）在儿科临床应用中的不良反应发生情况。方法采用问卷调查方法,对全国4家儿童专科医院进行横断面调查分析。结果不良反应发生率为0.9%,临床表现主要为消化系统症状（12例）。发生不良反应主要为单次给药较多所致,每日1次用药,且使用属于说明书的较高剂量,较说明书推荐的每日2~3给药的单次剂量高,易引起恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生。结论五水头孢唑林钠在儿童临床应用中较为安全,主要不良反应为消化系统症状,主要原因为用药方法不够规范,建议该药使用时应严格按照说明书推荐方法给药。
Objective To investigate and analysis the adverse drug reactions（ADR）of the cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection in pediatrics clinic application.Methods Cross-sectional survey was used in 4 children＇s hospital in China to find the imformation of the adverse reactions.Results The ADR rate is 0.9%,the most important clinical manifestations were digestive symptomses（12）.The main reasons of the ADR was the higher dose in single dose.The single dose of qd was much more than sigle dose of the bid or the tid which recommended by manual,and that would cause nausea and vomit.Conclusion It was safety to use the cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection.The most important clinical manifestations of the adverse reactions were digestive symptomse.The suggestion was made that when the doctors gave the advice of the delivery method,they should compliance the drugs description strictly.
