摘要
通过DSC热分析方法研究了RF电缆芯线绝缘的热氧老化性能。对绝缘材料添加不同用量的抗氧化剂以提高其氧化诱导期时间(OIT);确定了添加抗氧化剂的有效浓度为(500~1500)×10^-6最终改进了原材料的配比以及不同规格RF电缆的成芯工艺,改善了电缆的耐热氧老化性能,提高了电缆的老化寿命。
The insulating thermal-oxidative aging property of the RF cable materials was studied by the DSC analysis. In order to enhance its oxidation induction time (OIT) , the antioxidants with different con- tents were added into the materials, at last the effective concentration about the antioxidants content was 500 - 1 500 ppm. Through the tests about the value of OIT, the ratio of the raw materials, the core technical a- bout different specification cables, the thermal-oxidative aging resisting performance and the aging life of the RF cable were all improved.
