摘要
采用一步法合成热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,分别对反应的时间、温度进行了考察,确定了合适的反应条件,讨论了不同含量扩链剂BDO对材料力学性能和动态流变性能的影响。结果表明,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为10h,BDO的添加量为1.0份时,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能最佳,并兼有良好的强度和韧性。
A thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer was synthesized by one-step polymerization method. To find the optimal conditions of reaction, the time and temperature of the experiment and the effect of BDO with different contents on the properties of mechanics and dynamic rheology were investigated. The results showed that the combination of the best mechanics property with good strength and toughness was obtained when the temperature of reaction was 80 ℃, the reaction time was 10 h and the content of BDO was 1.0 phr.
