摘要
[目的]探讨不同剂量的磁场处理对玉米种子中氨基酸含量的影响。[方法]试验采用0.9 T恒定均匀磁场,将其处理时间设置为10、30、60和90 min 4个试验组,以不处理的玉米为对照组,分别对玉米种子进行不同时间的磁场处理试验,玉米收获后用日立公司835-50型氨基酸分析仪分析测定种子中各种氨基酸组成的含量。[结果]经过磁场处理的玉米种子种植收获后,玉米中各种氨基酸组成含量均有不同程度的改变,各试验组玉米中氨基酸总含量比对照组有所提高,表明磁场处理能够增加植物呼吸强度,提高植物的生长和吸收,并为蛋白质合成提供更多的能量。[结论]可用0.9 T恒定均匀磁场处理玉米种子,各磁场处理剂量试验组中以30 min试验组增加氨基酸含量的效果为最佳。
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effects of magnetic field treatments with different doses on the contents of amino acids in maize seeds.[Method] In the field test with 0.9 T constant and even magnetic field,the treating time was set up as 4 test groups of 10,30,60 and 90 min and the maize without treatment was taken as the CK group,so as to conduct the test of magnetic field treatments with different time on the maize seeds,and the contents of various amino acid composition in the seeds were determined and analyzed with the amino acid analyser 835-50 made by Hitachi Company after the maize harvest.[Result] After the maize seeds treated with magnetic field were planted and harvested,the contents of various amino acid composition in the maize seeds all showed the change of high magnetic field to different extent and the total contents of amino acids in the maize in each test group had some increase compared with the CK group,indicating that the magnetic field treatments could enhance the respiratory intensity of plant,improve the growth and absorption and provide the more energy for the protein synthesis.[Conclusion] The maize seeds could be well treated with 0.9 T constant and even magnetic field and among the various test groups of magnetic field treating dose the test group with the dose of 30 min could get optimum effect on increasing the amino acid content.
