摘要 棉花黄萎病是一种由黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae)引起的在全世界蔓延的真菌病害。介绍了棉花黄萎病的致病机理、棉花对黄萎病的抗性机理及棉花抗黄萎病转基因育种的研究进展,可为抗棉花黄萎病的研究工作提供一定的思路。 Cotton Verticillium wilt,caused by Verticillium dahliae and spread across the world,is a pathogen cotton disease.The research advances on cotton Verticillium wilt in the following aspects: mechanism of Verticillium pathogenicity,mechanism of host resistance,cotton resistance transgenic breeding against Verticillium wilt were summarized in this review,which could offer some idea for research on cotton disease resistance.
