助流剂对黄色热熔型道路标线涂料流动性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析助流剂和颜料对黄色热熔道路标线涂料流动性能的影响。方法选择不同比例的助流剂和黄色颜料加入到标线涂料中,充分混合均匀,加热使其熔融,测其流出时间并判断其流动性,确定助流剂的含量。结果确定助流剂与颜料用量,并制得符合国家标准的黄色标线。结论虽然中铬黄的加入影响了涂料的流动性,但通过调整助流剂及颜料的用量,可使涂料的流动性能达到要求。 Objective: To discuss the influence of flow aid content on the rheological performance of yellow hot melt traffic markings.Methods: Different proportions of flow aid and yellow pigment in the traffic marking were chosen and uniformly mixed.The road marking was heated and melted,the flow time and flow ability were measured,and flow aid content was determined.Results: The flow aid and yellow pigment content were determine and yellow hot melt traffic marking paint was made,which met the national standard.Conclusion: The addition of medium chromium yellow decreases the paint flow ability,but a rational ratio of flow aid and pigment content can guarantee a desirable flow ability of the paint that meet our requirement.
