摘要 利用无线SOC单片机nRF9E5实现了两相混合步进电机的无线电遥控。给出了无线控制器的硬件电路图。利用C51语言编写了步进电机转速,转向无线遥控程序。利用VisualBasic编写了PC机RS-232控制界面。实验表明:设计的无线遥控器的遥控距离为100m左右,抗干扰能力较强。 The radio remote controller of a two-phase hybrid stepper motor was designed by the wireless SOC single-chip nRFgE5. The hardware circuit diagram of the wireless controller was presented. The software programmed by C51 language were used to control the speed and direction of the stepper motor. The PC interface of RS-232 was programmed by the Visual Basic language. The experiment results show that the distance of the remote wireless controller designed in this paper is about 100 meters, it has high anti-interference performance.
