口语练习频次效应与注意力资源的利用 被引量:22

摘要 根据心理学研究成果,人类注意力资源相当有限。在二语学习过程中,同时注意语言内容和形式非常困难。本文报告的研究以英语专业20名二年级学生为研究对象,让他们对故事复述任务进行重复练习。我们发现,研究对象的注意力逐渐从内容转移到语言形式上,实现了口语表达内容和形式的平衡发展。同时,语言形式的各个方面如流利性、准确性和复杂性也都得到了相应的进步。研究结果揭示了练习频次效应对合理利用注意力资源的积极作用,探讨了语言内容和形式以及形式的各个方面平衡发展的有效途径。 The overall development of speaking ability requires a balanced development of linguistic content and form.However,researchs reveal that human beings are limited in attentional resources and that it is very hard for L2 learners to attend to both content and form simultaneously.This paper reports a study that explores the possibility of achieving a balanced linguistic development through task frequency.With 20 second-year English majors as the subjects,the study finds that by doing the same task repeatedly,the L2 learners direct their attention from content to form gradually and finally improve both of them.What is more,different aspects of linguistic form,namely,fluency,accuracy and complexity,have also developed to some extent.The results of the study suggest that task frequency plays a facilitative role in helping L2 learners allocate their attention better and it is possible that both content and form as well as different aspects of form achieve a balanced development.
