摘要
本文针对甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)患者患永久性甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)的原因及其与131I治疗的关系进行文献综述。永久性甲减的原因主要是自身免疫对甲状腺的持续破坏,而并非131I治疗独有的结局。
The causes of permanent hypothyroidism in patients with hyperthyroidism and their relations to the treatment of 131I were reviewed in this article.The main cause of permanent hypothyroidism is autoimmune thyroid sustained damage.Permanent hypothyroidism is not the unique outcome of the treatment of 131I.
