摘要
目的分析外固定联合经皮骶髂螺钉治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折的临床疗效。方法临床收集80例Tile C型骨盆骨折患者,随机分成两组,对照组(39例)采用单纯外固定治疗方法,观察组(41例)采用外固定联合经皮骶髂螺钉的治疗方法,治疗后观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗结束后,临床疗效按照M atta标准进行评定,观察组中优28例,良9例,可3例,差1例,优良率为90.24%,与对照组的64.10%具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在C形臂X线机实时透视下进行经皮骶髂螺钉与骨盆外固定架联合治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折安全有效,在基层医院便可施行,值得推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of percutaneous iliosacral screws combined with external fixation for Tile C type pelvic fractures.Methods Eighty patients with Tile C type pelvic fractures were divided into control group（n=39） and experimental group（n=41）.Pelvis external fixation was applied in control group while percutaneous iliosacral screws combined with external fixation was employed in experimental group.The clinical efficacy was evaluated between the two groups.Results According to Matta＇s criteria,there were 28 patients marked as excellent,9 as good,3 as fair and 1 as poor in experimental group,the total excellence rates amounting to 90.24%,statistically different from that of 64.10% in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Percutaneous iliosacral screws combined with pelvis external fixation under the monitoring of C-arm X-ray machine is safe and effective in treatment of Tile C type pelvic fractures,therefore it is worth promoting in clinics,especially for hospitals at primary level.
