摘要
随着市场化改革的推进,我国的劳动关系已完成了从计划经济体制到市场经济体制的根本转变,但依然存在着劳动关系不规范、雇主组织发育缓慢、劳动关系紧张、劳动关系三方机制不健全等问题。依据社会主义和谐劳动关系的特征,结合我国劳动关系的现状与问题,构建社会主义和谐劳动关系拟采取加快劳动关系契约化和制度化进程、加快工会改革和雇主组织建设进程、加快经济发展与改革进程、加快协调劳动关系三方机制建设进程等对策。
Along with the market-oriented reform,labor relations in China have changed from planning economic system into market economic system.The institution of labor relations in China has changed,especially the employment,labor income,working conditions,labor insurance,living environment,living quality and other issues.There are some phenomenon contrary to decent work and inflict legal rights and interests of laborers.It impacted on social stability and harmonious development.Trade unions are duty-bound to achieve decent work for workers and there is a long way to go.
