摘要
从自动测试系统对获取被测设备状态信息的通用性和快速准确性出发,设计出一套集神经网络、模糊逻辑、故障树为一体的智能故障诊断系统。此系统根据已知的测试数据,利用数据库中的预存参数和工作历史数据,采用不同的诊断策略,使故障诊断从宏观和微观两个方向着手,互为补充,确保故障诊断全面性和故障定位准确性,提高故障检出率和故障隔离率,减少故障虚警率。
One suit of intelligent fault diagnosis system is designed by incorporating neuro-net,fussy logic and fault tree,according to the generalization and accuracy of the state information of the electric equipments tested by the automatic test system.The intelligent fault diagnosis system makes use of the known test data,the right parameter in the data-base and the beforehand work track record,adopts the distinct diagnosis strategy in its entirety and in small particulars and makes them help each other in ensuring the full-scale fault diagnosis and the accurate fault orientation,improving the efficiency of the fault detection and fault orientation and reducing the probabilities of the fault false alarm.
