摘要
考虑顾客响应时间,研究了两阶段生产模式下的供应链协调问题。分析了集中系统和普通分散系统的生产和订购决策。在此基础上,设计了一种有价格差异的补货契约。分析了在这种协调机制下制造商和销售商的决策行为,得到了使分散系统实现完美协调的契约参数条件。通过数值算例的计算发现:这种有价格差异的补货契约还可以使双方的利润都得以增加,实现了决策分散化、个体理性、激励相容和Pareto最优。
Considering customer response time,the supply chain coordination was studied under two-stage production mode.The production decision and the ordering decision of centralized system and of decentralized system were respectively analyzed.Based on this,a replenishment contract with different price was designed to ensure the coordination of decentralized system.Then the production decision of manufacturer and the ordering decision of retailer were analyzed under such contract,and the necessary conditions for the decentralized system perfect coordination were developed.Through the calculation of a numerical example,the results showed that the replenishment contract with different price can effectively increase the expected profit of the retailer and of the manufacturer to achieve decision decentralization,individual rationality,incentive compatibility and Pareto optimal.
