摘要
目的:研究改进明目地黄丸中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法和薄层扫描法进行含量测定比较。结果:高效液相色谱法,熊果酸分离完全,回归方程为Y=509 575X-14.851,r=0.999 7,在0.998～9.980μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为92.6%,RSD为1.6%。薄层扫描法,回归方程为Y=77 594X-289.2,r=0.998 2,熊果酸在0.998～4.990μg之间呈良好线性关系,加样回收率为86.6%,RSD为5.6%。结论:高效液相色谱法比薄层扫描色谱法操作简便、快速、准确,可更好地控制明目地黄丸的质量。
Objective： To improve a new method for the determination of ursolic acid in Mingmudihuang pill.Methods： The content of ursolic acid was determined by HPLC and TLCS.Results： The linear range was 0.998-9.980 μg（r=0.999 7）for ursolic acid at the HPLC and the linear relation was good.At the TLCS the linear range was 0.998-4.990 μg（r=0.998 2） and the linear relation was good.Conclusion： The HPLC is simpler,more rapid and accurate,and can better control the quality of Mingmudihuang pill than the TLCS.
