摘要
目前在我国工程施工专业分包及劳务分包已形成社会化,但由于市场机制不健全,管理不严格,存在着一些违法分包和非法转包的现象,给施工企业带来了很大的经营风险和法律风险。为规避这些风险,施工企业应该在施工分包中进行规范化管理,建立健全工程施工分包队伍的筛选、评价、培训、考核及管理制度,使承包方与分包方能够共同合作、利益共享、共同发展。
Present in our country construction professionals sub-contractors has formed a community of subcontractors,but because the market mechanism is not perfect,and management is not strict,there are some phenomenon of illegal subcontracting,to the construction business is a big business risk and legal risk,to avoid these risks,the construction subcontractor in the construction business should be standardized management,establish and improve the construction sub-team selection,evaluation,training,assessment and management system so that contractors and subcontractors able to work together,share interests and have common development.
