一种超薄挠性印制电路用运载膜的研究

摘要 采用丙烯酸酯压敏胶的粘接原理,调整产品的初粘性和持粘性范围,并采用外交联和内交联相结合固化方式提高产品耐酸碱液的侵蚀能力。对主要单体、交联单体、固化促进剂、后处理的温度和时间进行了研究。结果表明:研制的运载膜成本低,性能好,使用方便,可以满足挠性印制电路板(FPC)生产工艺要求。 The scope of initial and persistent adhesivity of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive was regulated according to its adhesion principle,and the acid and alkali resistance and solvent resistance were improved by combining outer and inner crosslinking curing way.The main monemers,crosslinking monemers,curing accelerants,post-treatment temperature and time were studied.A carrying film of FPC in practical application was developed successfully and was used as novel auxiliary materials with low cost,good property for FPC manufacturers.
