摘要
针对NEPE推进剂中端羟基聚醚和多异氰酸酯固化体系对水敏感的缺点,为获得新的固化体系,依据点击化学反应(click-chemistry)原理,以聚乙二醇400和丙炔溴为原料,四氢呋喃为溶剂,在催化剂叔丁醇钾存在下,温度30℃,反应时间24 h,分离产物并真空干燥后,得到黏稠状液态端炔基聚乙二醇,产率为86.1%。用红外、核磁共振和元素分析对端炔基聚乙二醇进行了表征。研究了端炔基聚乙二醇与叠氮类化合物的固化反应,表明其有望用作新的复合固体推进剂的固化体系。
The hydroxy-terminated polyether and multi-isocyanate curing system of the NEPE propellant is water-sensitive.Based on the click chemistry reaction and in order to obtain a new curing system,polyethylene glycol(PEG) and propargyl bromide were used as the raw materials,tetrahydrofuran as the solvent,the potassium tert-butanolthe as catalyst,temperature 30℃,reaction time 24 hours,to synthesize alkyne-terminated PEG(C≡PEG).The product was obtained as viscous liquid with a yield of 86.1%.The C≡PEG was characterized by IR NMR and EA.The reaction of the C≡PEG with azido compound was studied,and expected to be able to form a new curing system used in the composite solid propellant.
