流花4-1油田深水表层套管喷射下入研究 被引量:5

摘要 流花4-1油田所处海域的水深较深,为了提高表层套管作业效率,保证深水表层套管井口的稳定性,需要采用喷射法技术下表层套管。喷射法下表层套管的关键技术是确定表层套管的下入深度和选择钻进过程中钻压和排量参数。从流花4-1油田海底土资料分析入手,建立了表层套管承载力剖面,根据表层套管尺寸和载荷分布情况确定了流花4-1油田表层套管合理入泥深度。在综合分析深水喷射法下表层套管工艺特点和施工管柱组合特性基础上,对表层套管施工过程中的钻压和排量参数进行了优化,给出了喷射法下表层套管现场施工的具体措施。表层套管下入深度计算方法能够为国内深水表层套管喷射下入施工提供很好的技术参考和指导。 Liuhua4-1 Oilfield is located in deeper waters,in order to improve operating efficiency of surface casing,ensure the stability of deep water surface casing wellhead,the surface casing run by spray mode.The key technology of spray mode is to determine the setting depth of surface casing and choose the drilling pressure and displacement parameters of drilling process.Acapacity profile of surface casing is established by analying load bearing capacity data of the seafloor earth in Liuhua4-1 Oilfield,and a reasonable driving depth of surface casing is determined according to size of surface casing and load distribution in Liuhua4-1 Oilfield.Based on comprehensive analysis on process characteristics of the surface casing and construction features of string combination,the drilling pressure and displacement parameters of surface casing are optimized,and the surface casing running in construction by spray mode is given.Surface casing setting depth computation method can provide good technical information and guidance for the domestic deep water the surface casing setting in by jetting.
