摘要
为分析炮口制退器在迫击炮上应用的可行性,从小孔消声理论出发推导了实用的消声量数学计算方法,根据膨胀小孔喷注消声器原理,设计了迫击炮炮口制退器.所计算的120mm迫击炮在加装炮口制退器后,在与炮口气流喷注方向成90°且距离为1m处的声压级降低了21.7dB.联立求解后效期弹丸运动微分方程组,得到后效期炮口扰动量,结果表明迫击炮炮口制退器有利于提高射击精度.
To analyze the feasibility of muzzle brake applied to mortar,the calculation method of noise elimination was derived based on micro-pore muffler theory,and then the structure of a muzzle brake of mortar was presented by using the noise elimination theory of expansion micro-pore muffler.The analysis indicates that the noise at distance 1 m from the mortar muzzle in the direction perpendicular to the airflow is reduced by 21.7 dB with the muzzle brake on the mortar.By sloving the differential equation of projectile motion in aftereffect period,the muzzle disturbance in gas-ejection period was acquired for the mortar with and without the muzzle brake,and the result shows that the muzzle brake is beneficial to improving shoot precision of the mortar.
