简要介绍首钢京唐钢铁厂1580mm热轧工程的工艺流程、轧线主要设备组成情况和采用的节能措施与技术特点等，并对工程设计组织与管理进行了简要总结。
Process flow, main equipment composition of the line as well as energy saving measures and technical characteristics of 1580mm hot strip mill of Shougang Jingtang Iron ＆ Steel Complex is introduced, and brief sum - up is made for organization and management of project design.
