摘要
通过实验模拟了LGJ150/25型钢芯铝绞线在8%拉断张力下,3种不同振动周次下的微风振动磨损.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和DMR多功能显微镜对铝线股磨痕进行形貌观测及尺寸测量.结果表明,试验后导线的磨损区域出现椭圆状磨损斑,在相同振动频率和张力作用下,磨损斑的尺寸主要受导线振幅、振动角、线股接触应力和振动次数的影响.试验结果对钢芯铝绞线微风振动磨损特性的深入研究具有重要的指导意义.
The Aeolian Vibration wear test of LGJ150/25 type ACSR transmission lines has been explored by self-manufactured tester.This test has been finished in three different vibration times under 8% ultimate tensile strength(UTS).The morphology observations and dimension measurement of aluminum wire wear scar has been analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and DMR multifunctional microscope.The result shows the worn spots of the transmission line is an elliptic shape.In the same vibration frequency and tension,the size of worn spots is mainly affected by amplitude,vibration angle,contact stress between the stranded wires and vibration times.The test result has important guiding meaning in further study on wear characteristics of ACSR transmission lines under Aeolian Vibration.
