摘要
为解决传统热管结构形式不够灵活、分液不均等问题,同时将机械泵热管在解决大阻力复杂回路散热问题时的优势应用到远距离、大功率的能量输运上,提出了复杂热管系统。理论分析了该热管系统的结构部件,搭建了复杂热管系统用于空调冷量回收的实验台。在空调表冷器前后空气温差驱动下,复杂热管将表冷器后空气冷量回收用以预冷却表冷器前热空气,使表冷器负荷减少30%以上。初步证实了复杂热管系统在工业及民用上的可行性。
Complex Heat Pipe System(CHPS) is developed in order to overcome the faults of traditional heat pipe and apply mechanically-pumped heat pipe's advantages to energy transportation.Structure of CHPS is analysed theoretically and experimental set-up for CHPS used in heat recovery is built.Under the drive of temperature differences between the air through the heat pump's evaporator,heat recovered by CHPS' evaporator is transferred to heat the air after heat pump evaporator,which cuts down 30% heat load of heat pump.Feasibility of CHPS is thus proved primarily.
