摘要
城市环境承载力是衡量城市可持续发展的重要指标。从城市环境承载力的本质和特点出发,在建立评价指标体系的基础上,通过城市环境承载力的动态表征量——相对剩余率进行测算。针对目前普遍采用的矢量模法的不足之处,进行了修正,从而构建出更为合理的城市环境承载力计量模型,并将该模型应用于城市规划领域。通过城市环境承载力的测算,可以反映城市环境质量水平的现状和发展趋势,为城市规划相关策略的制定提供指导和决策依据,促进城市可持续发展。
Urban environmental carrying capacity is an important symbol of urban sustainable development.From the essence and characteristic of urban environmental carrying capacity,by amending the traditional model,the author constructs the indicator system and quantification model of urban environmental carrying capacity,which can be applied in urban planning field. This model can be used to reflect the actuality of urban environmental carrying capacity or the extent of coordination of environment and economics.This method provides basis to urban strategy and urban planning.
