摘要
"专业导师制1+1+1"人才培养模式是以导师工程项目为基础,基于项目式、任务式、问题式的学习方法,以学生为主体、教师为导向的教学新体制。在专业导师制教学实践中,教师的角色从信息的直接传授者转变为引路人和激励者,教师要精于创设情景、提出问题,要善于启发思维、引导探索、不断创新。
The "1 + 1 + 1 Tutor System" talent cultivation model is based on the tutor's project items, whieh is a student-oriented and teacher-led instructional teaching system based on item-based,task-based and question-based learning approaehes. In practice,the tutor should transform from a direct initiator to a guide and inspirator. It is required that the tutor be skilled at creating scenes, presenting questions and enlightening the students to explore and innovate.
