摘要
目的探讨彩超与麦默通在触诊阴性的乳腺微小钙化中的应用。方法应用彩超及麦默通微创技术诊治78例触诊阴性的乳腺微小钙化灶病人,切除标本常规行冰冻切片检查。结果经冰冻切片及术后石蜡切片检查,在78例乳腺微小钙化中发现乳腺癌15例及乳腺病变63例。本组手术时间是9～24 min,术中平均失血量是10 ml。手术后发生局部血肿4例。结论应用彩超结合麦默通微创技术是有助于诊治阴性触诊的微小钙化灶以及发现早期的乳腺癌。
Objective To investigate the application of color ultrasonography combined with mammotome in the negative palpation of breast microcalcification.Methods The color ultrasonography combined with mammotome were in the diagnosis and treatment of 78 cases with negative palpation of breast microcalcification.The resected specimens were examined by routine frozen section.Results Via frozen section and postoperative routine pathological examination of 78 cases with breast microcalcification,the breast cancer and benign lesions were found in 15 and 63 cases respectively.The operative time was from 9-24 minutes,average volume of intraoperative bleeding was 10 ml and postoperative chief complication was local hematoma in 4 cases.Conclusion In the use of color ultrasonography combined with mammotome,it would contribute to diagnose and treat the negative palpation of breast microcalcification and to finding early breast cancer.
