摘要
采用静态模拟法对延长油田瓦窑堡采油厂长2与长6层位采油污水混合结垢规律进行了室内实验研究。结果表明,两种采油污水均属高矿化度污水,当长2与长6采油污水混合比例大于1.5:1,反应24小时后,会产生大量硫酸钙垢,结垢量均大于3000mg/L。当长2与长6采油污水混合比例小于1:4,反应8小时后,结垢量均小于250mg/L。长2与长6的高比例混合水中仍然残留有大量钙离子,与长2地层水混合时结垢量仍大于220mg/L,不适合回注。长2与长6的低比例混合水经絮凝处理、地面反应除去部分结垢离子后,与长6地层水混合时,结垢量小于40mg/L,可以部分回注长6地层。
The scaling mechanisms of the mixed water of Chang-2 and Chang-6 produced water(called as C-2 and C-6) from Wayaobao oil extraction factory of Yanchang oilfield,were studied with static simulation in laboratory.The results showed that the two produced waters were high mineralization water.When the mixed ratios of C-2/C-6 were lager than 1.5:1 and the reaction time was 24 hr,the scale of calcium sulphate would be generated,and the total content of the sclaes were more than 3000 mg/L.However,When the mixed ratios were less than 1:4 and the reaction time was 8 hr,all the sclaes were less than 250 mg/L.When the waters with high mixed ratio were remixed with C-2 water,because of much residual Ca2 +,the content of the scales were still more than 220 mg/L,being not suitable to reinject into C-2 oil resevior.After treated to remove the scaling ions by chemical flocculation,the mixed waters with low mixed ratio of C-2 and C-6 were remixed with C-6 water,and the content of the scales were less than 40 mg/L,which indicated that the mixed waters could be partially reinjected into C-6 oil resevior.
