绿肥翻压量对烤烟大田期烟叶酶活性及烤后烟叶品质的影响 被引量:22

摘要 采用田间试验结合室内化验、评吸方法,研究不同绿肥翻压量对大田期烤烟酶活性及烤后烟叶品质的影响。结果表明:在移栽前进行绿肥翻压,可影响大田期烤烟几种生理指标活性:叶绿体色素、硝酸还原酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性较对照CK高,在整个生育期活性变化规律是前期升高中期急剧下降后期缓慢下降至活性最低。只是作为植物的抗逆境保护酶系,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在移栽后大约70 d达到最高峰,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在大田生长期也呈现翻压量较多的处理D和处理C其活性略高的趋势。就内在品质而言,绿肥翻压处理的烤烟外观质量较好,内在化学成分相比对照处理较为协调,烤后烟叶香气质好,香气量较足,劲头适中,刺激性小,感官评吸质量较好。 The effects of different green manures on chlorophyll and some enzymes activities during the plant development and tobacco leaf quality after curing had been investigated in the present work.The result indicated that green manure buried before transplanting might affect some physiology traits during the plant development.With the application of green manure,chlorophyll content and activities of NRase and SOD increased during the early stage and decreased in middle stage,followed by a slight depression in the late stage.Activity of SOD was elevated and got to maximum at the 70 th day after transplanting.Activity of CAT varied significantly depending on the application amount,and treatment D and C demonstrated higher activities due to abundant green mature application compared with the control.The chemical constituents of tobacco leaves were more suitable,and appearance quality was better after the application of green mature.Concerning the sensory quality,the flue-cured tobacco leaves demonstrated better aroma quality,less offensive odor,more comfortable taste in comparison with the control.
