成人正畸治疗过程中并发牙周问题的临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨如何预防和处理成人错合畸形正畸治疗中出现的牙周问题。方法:回顾成人错合畸形治疗40例患者,对在整个正畸治疗过程中出现的牙周问题进行了预防和治疗。结果:引起牙周问题的主要因素为口腔卫生状况较差;矫治器附件对牙龈造成的不良刺激;正畸力量的大小、方向;咬合干扰等。结论:成人正畸过程中只要注意牙周维护和口腔卫生宣教,避免附件的不良刺激,施加生物限度以内的正畸力一般不会引起和加重牙周组织的破坏。
