摘要
根据国家标准GB/T 21362-2008及用户要求,设计并建造一套空气源热泵热水机热工性能测试试验室。试验室对室内干球温度和相对湿度两个回路采用闭环控制。高性能PID控制器及测试软件中的程序控制,提高了空气处理系统控制精度和工况响应速度,使极限工况达到稳定的时间小于1小时。
Based on National Standard GB / T 21362 - 2008 and user's requests,an experiment system for measuring the thermal performance of air - source heatpump water hater is designed and constructed.Closed - loop method is used to control the indoor dry bulb temperature and the relative humidity loops respectively.The control precision of air handling systems and the response speed of environment is increased by high performance PID controller and suitable controlling program. It just takes about 1 hour to attain steady state in the most limited operating condition for the system.
