摘要
介绍了结霜过程的一维准稳态数学模型,并对该模型进行求解,分析了结霜过程的特征,讨论了湿空气流速、相对湿度及冷面温度变化对结霜过程的影响。计算结果表明:结霜过程是表面凝华和内部凝华共同作用的结果;较大的流速和相对湿度、较低的冷面温度对应较快的结霜速度;结霜过程中霜层密度的增长存在临界点,临界点之后,进一步的结霜并不能使传热恶化的速度加快。
The quasi - stable state model of one - dimension frost forming process was introduced and solved using numerical methods.The effect of the velocity and relative humidity of the wet air and the temperature of the cold surface on the frost forming process were discussed in detail.The calculating results indicated that both interfacial and inner sublimating contributing to the frost forming process.The higher velocity,higher relative humidity and lower cold surface temperature corresponded to the faster growing process of the frost.There is a critical point on the increment of frost density,following which,deeper frost dose not necessarily lead to an acceleration of the heat transfer deterioration in the frost forming process.
