虫草菌最适培养基的正交试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 以三因素三水平的正交试验设计培养条件,接种量5%(V/v),pH=6.5,120r/min,18℃,72h,对虫草菌进行液体培养.通过对生长的菌丝体干重的测定及分析,得到该菌种生长最适培养基配方为:葡萄糖,20g/1000ml;NH4NO3,1g/1000ml;K2HPO4,1g/1000ml. The optimum culture condition of C.sinsensis was investigated by the orthogonal experiment in three factors and three levels of nutrient concentration. The basic culture conditions were the quantity of inoculation, 5%; pH6.5; 120 rpm; culture temparature ,18℃; culture duration 72 h. The optimum culture condition was selected by testing and analysing desiccant weights of the collected mycelium. It was C 6H 12 O 6(glucose), 20 g/L; NH 4NO 3, 1 g/L; K 2HPO 4, 1 g/L. The carbon conpound was the most important tropho factor for the growth of C.Sinsensis.
