摘要
目的:对中药迷迭香Rosmarinus officinalis L.的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和NMR波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,1)、4′,5-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(4′,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone,2)、熊果醇(uvaol,3)、3,5-二羟基-7,3′,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(3,5-dihydroxy-7,3′,4′-trimethoxyflavone,4)、5-羟基-4′,7-二甲氧基-6-甲基黄酮(5-hydroxy-4′,7-dimethoxy-6-methylflavone,5)、槲皮素(quercetin,6)、芦丁(rutin,7)、阿魏酸(ferulicacid,8)。结论:化合物2、4、5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate the chemical constituents from Rosmarinus officinalis L. and identify their structures. Methods: The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica and gel column, and their structures were identified by the physico-chemical properties and NMR spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were obtained and identified as/3-sitosterol ( 1 ), 4', 5 -dihydroxy -7 -methoxyflavone ( 2 ), uvaol ( 3 ), 3,5 -dihydroxy -7,3', 4' - trimethoxyflavone (4), 5 -hydroxy -4', 7 -dimethoxy -6 -methylflavone ( 5 ), quercetin ( 6 ), rutin ( 7 ), ferulic acid ( 8 ), respectively. Conclusion:Compounds 2,4 and 5 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
