红花注射液预处理对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察红花注射液预处理后局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织中水、Na+、Ca2+含量的变化,探讨红花注射液预处理对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。SD大鼠40只,随机分为对照组、假手术组、模型组、红花预处理组,每组10只。用Zeal Longa 5级评分法进行神经功能评分;测定各组大鼠脑组织中水、Na+、Ca2+含量。结果:红花预处理组神经功能评分均低于模型组(P<0.05),但高于对照组和假手术组(P<0.05)。对照组和假手术组大鼠脑组织中水、Na+、Ca2+含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组水、Na+、Ca2+含量明显高于对照组和假手术组,红花预处理组低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红花注射液预处理可以抑制大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织水肿和Ca2+超载作用,从而对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用。 Objective:Through the pretreatment of safflower injection on focal cerebral ischemia re-perfusion injury in rats to observe the contents of water,Na+ and Ca2+ in brain tissue,then explore the inhibited effect of focal cerebral ischemia re-perfusion injury and discuss its protective effects.Methods:The model of focal ischemical reperfusion injury was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion.Forty rats were randomly divided into the control group,the sham operation group(SO group),the ischemia reperfusion group(IR group) and the safflower injection group(SI group),with 10 rats in each subgroup.The nerves function score was determined by Zeal longa score method and the contents of water,Na+and Ca2+ in brain tissues were detected.Results: The nerves function scores of SI group were less than those of of IR group(P〈0.05),and more than those of control and SO group(P〈0.05).The content of Na+ and Ca2+ in IR groups were more than those of control and SO group(P〈0.05),and those of SI groups were lighter than those of IR groups(P〈0.05).Conclusions: Safflower injection can obviously protect brain tissues by inhibiting the encephaledema and calcium overloading in rats with cerebral ischemia re-perfusion.
