摘要
以1978-2007年河南省审定的87个棉花品种的区域试验资料为材料,研究了河南省棉花品种在纤维品质方面遗传改良的成效。结果表明,近30 a来,河南省棉花品种纤维品质遗传改良成效主要表现在纤维强度和细度上,纤维长度没有显著变化;纤维长度、比强度和马克隆值分别以每年0.013 6 mm、0.115 9 cN/tex和0.016 1的速度增长,其中比强度的改良成效达显著水平。相关性分析表明,纤维长度与比强度之间存在极显著的正相关,相关系数为0.36;纤维长度与马克隆值之间存在显著的负相关,相关系数为-0.27。
By comprehensive analysis of the data of region trials on 87 cotton varities authorized by Henan province during the latest three decades,the paper researched on effectiveness about genetic improvement of fiber quality in this area.The effectiveness about genetic improvement of fiber quality were mainly in fiber strength and fineness,but little in fiber length.The fiber length,specific strength and micronaire increased by 0.0136mm,0.1159cN/tex and 0.0161 per year respectively,and the improvement effectiveness of specific strength achieved significant level.Correlation analysis showed that,there was highly significant correlation between fiber length and specific strength,with the correlation coefficent of 0.36,and fiber length had significant negative correlation with micronaire,with the correlation coefficent of-0.27.
