摘要
针对某大口径钢管水压试验机试压过程中出现的试压节奏慢的问题,通过对影响试压节奏的主要因素的分析,提出了增加挡水分散板、设置预增压装置等措施。该方案可大大提高水压试验机的试压节奏,提高生产效益。
To counter the low efficiency of the major diameter pipe hydraulic tester, we analyze the main factors affecting the efficiency, and put forward an improved scheme, which is adding the water separating plate and the quick pressurization control unit. The new scheme can greatly improve the working efficiency of the tester.
