摘要
简要说明了单片机MC9S12X和铁电存储器的特点以及铁电存储器与单片机MC9S12X通过串口通信时双方的硬件配置,并列举了一种铁电存储器FM25L256与单片机MC9S12X通过串口连接的接口电路硬件设计。最后,给出了MC9S12X串口模块的部分初始化程序及MC9S12X与FM25L256之间的接口程序。
This paper introduces firstly the characteristic of FRAM. Then, a circuit connection between FM25L256 and MC9S12X is given after we analyze FRAM configuration and SPI communication module of MC9S12X. At last, this paper provides initialized program of SPI and interface program between FRAM and MC9S12X.
