摘要
目的观察中医蜂疗四联法对强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效和对骶髂关节炎破损骨质的改善。方法以蜂疗四联法、蜂针疗法、口服甲氨蝶呤结合吲哚美辛栓入肛法治疗强直性脊柱炎患者6个月,对比三种方法治疗前后患者血沉、抗链"O"、免疫球蛋白、肝功能、肾功能和骶髂关节影像学的变化。结果蜂疗四联法组总有效率明显高于两对照组,与两对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组血沉、抗链"O"、免疫球蛋白检测结果与治疗前比较,均明显下降(P<0.05),但蜂疗四联法组降低程度明显高于两对照组(P<0.05);骶髂关节影像学显示融合或受损部位恢复明显,疗效优于两对照组;而且蜂疗四联法组患者在治疗6个月后肝肾功能基本维持在正常水平,说明该方法可保护和恢复患者的肝肾功能,疗效显著。结论蜂疗四联法治疗强直性脊柱炎效果显著,对部分已融合或破损的骶髂关节有明显改善作用,降低了该病的致残率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the 4-in-1 apitherapy of Chinese medicine on ankylosing spondylitis（AS）and the improvement in the destroyed sclerotin of sacroiliac arthritis.Methods 4-in-1 apitherapy,bee acupuncture,and the combined treatment of oral administration of methotrexate and anal application of indomethacin suppository were applied in AS patients for 6 months.The changes in ESR,ASO,immunoglobulin,liver functions,kidney functions and sacroiliac image were compared before and after treatment among those three therapies.Results The total effective rate of 4-in-1 apitherapy was higher obviously than that in either control group,indicating statistical significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）.ESR,ASO and immunoglobulin were all reduced apparently in three groups as compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,but the reducing extent in 4-in-1 apitherapy group was superior to either control group（P〈0.05）.It was indicated in sacroiliac joint image that the sites with infusion or damage were recovered remarkably and the efficacy was better than that in either control group.Additionally,the liver and kidney functions remained basically normal after 6-month treatment in 4-in-1 apitherapy group,which explained that this therapy could protect and recover the liver and kidney functions of patients and had significant efficacy.Conclusion The 4-in-1 apitherapy is effective significantly on AS,improves remarkably in the infusion or damage of a part of sacroiliac joints and reduces the disability rate.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
