甘草黄酮-β-环糊精包合工艺优化 被引量:6

Research on Optimization of Inclusion Technology of Licoflavone β-cyclodextrin by Orthogonal Method

摘要 目的:优化甘草黄酮的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:采用正交试验对甘草黄酮-β-环糊精包合的主要参数进行考察,以综合评分为指标,筛选最佳工艺,并采用紫外分光光度法和薄层色谱法对包合物进行物相鉴别。结果:甘草黄酮-β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺为:甘草黄酮与β-环糊精的投料比为1:10,加水量为β-环糊精的10倍,包合温度40℃,搅拌时间1h。结论:饱和水溶液法制备甘草黄酮-β-环糊精,方法可行,操作简单。 Objective:To optimize the technology of licorice licoflavone β-cyclodextrin package.Method: Main parameters of licorice flavanone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion were investigated by orthogonal experiment with inclu-sion compound and receive rate as the target to screen out the best technology;the inclusion compound was identified by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and the thin layer chromatography.Result: The best technique of licofla-vone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was as follows: the batch feeding ratio of licoflavone to β-cyclodextrin was 1∶ 10;the water quantity to be added was 10 times of β-cyclodextrin batch feeding's;the package temperature was at 40 ℃ and mixed for 1 hour by stirring.Conclusion:The preparation of licoflavone-β-cyclodextrin by saturated aque-ous solution is simple to operate.
