First application of optical fiber composite technology in 110 kV submarine cable in China

摘要 通过对我国首条110kV光电复合海底电缆应用情况的介绍,阐述了高电压等级光电复合海缆的关键技术和发展状况。着重论述国产化高电压等级光电复合海底电缆的结构和光电复合方式,分析其在深海抗侧压、防渗水等方面的研制工艺,比较了海底光纤和常规光纤在"余长"控制技术上的差异。展望了光电复合技术在电力系统通信领域发展趋势及应用前景,归纳总结光电复合技术在智能电网通信技术支撑体系中的重要作用。 Through introduction of the application of the first 110 kV domestic optical fiber composite electricity submarine cable between Pingtan Island and the continent in Fujian, this paper presents the key technology and current development trend of high-voltage optical fiber composite electricity submarine cable. Emphasized on the typical structure and optical fiber composite electricity mode of the domestic high-voltage submarine cable, technical characteristics and key technologies about the cable' s waterproof and pressure-resist performance deep in the sea are analyzed. The difference of optical fiber redundant length control technology between the submarine and regular fiber is compared. After discussing the development trends and application prospect in the electric power communication fields, this paper summarizes the importance of the optical fiber cable in constructing strong smart power grid infrastructure.
