摘要 肺癌是目前癌症患者最常见的致死原因。自2-18F-2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET/CT显像应用于临床,其在肺癌早期诊断和指导治疗中的相关研究逐渐增多。本文综述18F-FDG PET/CT用于肺癌早期诊断及治疗的现状及其指导作用。 Lung cancer is the most common cause of cancer-related death. Since 18F-FDG PET/CT has been used in clinic, a veriety of studies about PET/CT in early diagnosis and clinical management of lung cancer have been reported. This review focuses on early diagnosis and clinical application of PET/CT in lung cancer.
