摘要 在无溶剂体系中,使大豆卵磷脂与共轭亚油酸乙酯发生酯交换反应,以制备富含共轭亚油酸(CLA)的改性磷脂。研究了催化剂种类、催化剂用量(基于磷脂的质量)、反应时间、反应温度、物料比(大豆卵磷脂与共轭亚油酸乙酯的质量比)对改性磷脂制备的影响,并通过气相色谱对改性磷脂的脂肪酸组成进行定量分析。结果得出优化的制备条件为:甲醇钠(30%甲醇溶液)为催化剂,催化剂用量2.0%,反应时间8 h,反应温度130℃,物料比1:5。在此条件下,产物改性磷脂中CLA含量可达29.18%。 The modified phospholipids were prepared from soy lecithin and conjugated linoleic acid ethyl ester in a solvent free system. The effects of the kinds of catalysts, the amount of catalyst ( based on the mass of lecithin), reaction temperature, reaction time, and mass ratio of lecithin to conjugated linoleic acid ethyl ester on the esterification reaction were investigated. In addition, the product was analyzed by gas chromatography qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: sodium methoxide (30% methanol solution) as a catalyst, catalyst amount 2.0%, reaction time 8 h, reaction temperature 130 ℃, mass ratio of lecithin to conjugated linoleic acid ethyl ester 1:5. Under these conditions, the CLA content of the modified phospholipids was 29.18%.
