摘要
变电站10 kV系统中通常不配置母线保护功能。当发生10 kV母线故障时,通过变压器低压侧后备过流保护动作切除故障,动作延时较长,会对一次设备造成损害。为减少变电站10 kV母线短路故障对开关柜和变压器的危害,结合110 kV东方站全站综合自动化系统改造工程,进行了基于通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)的10 kV简易母线保护的研究,通过网络传输装置间快速配合的GOOSE信号,实现母线故障时的快速动作。此研究成果于2010年1月28日应用于东方站,至今运行正常。
Normally, bus protection is not configured within 10 kV substation system. When bus accident happened, over- current backup protection on transformer' s low voltage sides acts to switch off the fault. The act delay may cause partial damage of the primary equipments. The research purpose here is to reduce damage risk of the main transformer and switch box during bus short circuit accident. As a part of 110 kV Dongfang substation automation system modernization project, a generic object oriented substation event (GOOSE) based 10 kV bus protection solution is proposed. Utilizing GOOSE signal transmission among network devices, protection' s fast action is fulfilled during accident. The solution has already implemented at Dongfang station from Jan. 28th, 2010, and it operates well so far.
