我国部分农村地区乡镇卫生院门诊患者满意度分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的:了解农村地区乡镇卫生院门诊患者满意度现状,分析影响总体满意度的主要卫生服务维度。方法:通过分层整群抽样对6县乡镇卫生院1147例门诊患者进行统一的满意度问卷调查,并运用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析筛选出主要影响因素。结果:本次调查门诊患者的总满意度是67.5%,影响总体满意度的前三项主要因素是医生诊疗水平(OR=3.244)、医生服务态度(OR=2.967)和预防保健服务提供(OR=2.951)。结论:农村患者对于乡镇卫生院门诊服务的分项和总体满意度均有待提高,人口社会学特征对于总体满意度无显著作用,诊疗水平和服务态度是影响需方就医选择的主要因素。 Objective:To study the status of outpatients' satisfaction in township health clinics,and analyze major healthcare dimensions influencing total satisfaction. Methods 1, 147 cases of outpatients were chosen from 6 counties with stratified cluster sampling, and surveyed with questionnaire. Main influencing factors were screened with single-factor analysis and Logistic regres- sion. Results Outpatients' total satisfaction was 57.5%. The first three main factors influencing total satisfaction were capability of diagnosis and treatment ( OR = 3. 244), doctors' attitude ( OR = 2. 967 ), and supply of prevention and health care ( OR = 2. 951 ). Conclusion Rural patients' satisfaction on outpatient services in township health clinics was not high. The factor of demographic and sociological characteristics didn't play significant role in total satisfaction. The capability of diagnosis and treatment and doctors' service attitude were main factors influencing patients' decision on healthcare.
