HRP催化下对羟基苯甲醛与对羟基苯磺酸钠共聚物的制备及性能研究

Study on Preparation and Properties of Copolymer of p-Hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4-Phenolsuflonate with HRP Catalysis

摘要 利用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)/H2O2催化体系合成对羟基苯甲醛(PHB)和对羟基苯磺酸钠(PHS)的共聚物。首先,PHB和乙二醇反应生成对羟基苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛(PHBEA)以保护醛基,然后进行PHBEA和PHS酶催化聚合,最后在酸性条件下解除缩醛得到PHB-PHS共聚产物。研究了单体摩尔比、体系pH、反应温度、HRP用量和H2O2滴加时间对PHBEA和PHS共聚反应的影响。用FTIR、NMR、GPC表征了产物结构。应用结果表明,应用革收缩温度(Ts)从54℃(鞣制前)提高至74.5℃(鞣制后)。该产物具有助染、鞣制等性能。 The copolymer of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(PHB) and 4-phenolsuflonate(PHS) was synthesized using the horseradish peroxidase(HRP)/H2O2 as catalyst.Firstly,PHB can react with ethylene glycol to generate p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ethylene acetal(PHBEA) so as to protect aldehyde group.Then,the copolymer of PHBEA and PHS was prepared by enzymatic catalytic polymerization.Finally,the copolymer of PHB-PHS was obtained by getting rid of the aldolization.Effects of the monomer composition,system pH,polymerization temperature,amount of HRP and H2O2 dropwise time on the copolymerization were investigated.The structure and properties of the copolymer were characterized by FTIR,NMR and GPC.The applied results show that the shrinkage temperature(Ts) of the tanned leather may increase from 54 ℃ to 74.5 ℃,and the copolymer assisted the dyeing and tanning effect on the skin fibers.
