长庆气区低渗透砂岩气藏压裂工艺技术新进展——以苏里格气田为例 被引量:35

New progress in fracturing technologies for low-permeability sandstone gas reservoirs in Changqing Gas Fields:A case study of the Sulige Gas Field

摘要 “十五”期间,长庆低渗透砂岩气田初步形成了以机械分层压裂、低伤害压裂液、适度规模压裂、CO2压裂等压裂工艺及配套技术。为进一步提高气田开发效益,近3年来重点开展了水平井多段压裂攻关和直井分层压裂新技术试验,取得了重要进展。水平井分段压裂取得突破,增产效果显著,以水力喷射压裂为方向实现了不动管柱分段压裂一次压裂1段到10段的跨越;水力桥塞分段压裂创造了国内气田水平井一次分压15段的最高记录,自主研发的高性能裸眼封隔器首次试验实现了一次压裂4段。2008-2010年在苏里格气田共开展29口水平井试验,试气产量为邻近直井平均产量的3~5倍。直井分层压裂技术以不动管柱机械封隔分层压裂为主,开展了其他探索性分层压裂试验并取得突破,其中气井分压分试工艺实现了2层快速试气快速评价,连续油管分层压裂实现了8层连续分压的突破,套管滑套分层压裂创造了目前国内直井9层连续分压的纪录。所开发的低伤害阴离子表面活性剂压裂液增产效果明显。 During the tenth Five-Year Plan,fracturing techniques including mechanical layered fracturing,low-damage fracturing fluid,optimum-scale fracturing,and CO2 fracturing,and their matching technologies have been formed for Changqing's low-permeability sandstone gas fields.In order to further improve the development profit of these gas fields,we have tackled key problems in the multi-stage fracturing in horizontal wells and conducted pilot tests of the layered fracturing in vertical wells.As a result,a remarkable progress has been made on the above two aspects.Breakthrough in multi-stage fracturing in horizontal wells has been made to significantly increase the gas production.Oriented by hydraulic-jetting fracturing,one trip fracturing from 1 to 10 stages has been realized;hydraulic bridge plug staged fracturing made a record that it can stimulate 15 stages at one time in the gas fields of China.The first experiment with self-developed high performance open-hole packer realized 4 stages fracturing at one time.From 2008 to 2010,pilot tests have been done on 29 horizontal wells in the Sulige Gas Field,the gas productivity of which have been 3 to 5 times of their adjacent vertical wells;Among them,there are 4 wells in which the production of absolute open flow reaches over 1 million cubic meters.The layered fracturing technology in vertical wells is dominated by mechanical isolation fracturing without pulling string.But other kinds of layered fracturing technologies have also been researched and a breakthrough has been made.Layered fracturing and layered test in a gas well realized rapid gas test and evaluation on two zones.Layered fracturing with coiled tubing can continuously fracture 8 zones in a single operation.The casing sleeve layering technology,so-called treat and produce(TAP) completion system,has helped fracture 9 zones in a single and continuous operation,which sets up a record in domestic vertical wells.Our self-developed fracturing fluid of low-damage anionic surfactant helps achieve a good result in enhancing the gas productivity.
