摘要
利用维生素C的还原性将Fe^3+还原为Fe^2+,在pH值=4条件下,用铬天青S作Fe^3+的显色剂,然后测量吸光度,从而建立了一种测定药物中维生素C的新方法。Fe^3+-铬天青S的最大吸收在576nm,维生素C浓度在0-2mg/L范围内服从朗伯-比尔定律。其回归方程为A=0.0037C-0.0083,相关系数R为0.9989。实验证明,此法用于药物中维生素C的测定,效果良好。
Vitamin C was determined by CAS spectrophotometric method using iron (Ⅲ) as the oxidizer of vitamin C. CAS was used as the colorimetric reagent for iron (Ⅲ) in the pH value = 4.0. The violet complex exhibited the absorption peak at 576nm where the Lambert - Beer law was obeyed in the Vitamin C concentration range of 0 - 2mg,/L. The linear regression equation was A = 0. 0037C -0. 0083 and its relative coefficient was 0. 9989. The proposed new method was applied to the determination of Vitamin C in medicine with satisfactory results.
