摘要
对酵母多糖对蛋用雏鸡肠道微生态环境的调控作用进行了研究。酵母多糖在饮水中的添加量分别为0.1%和0.5%。试验结果表明:酵母多糖可显著降低雏鸡肠道内大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数(P<0.01),同时对乳酸杆菌数的提高也有积极的作用。
The mediative effect of yeast polysaccgaride on the intestinal microflora of egg-laying chicks was studied. The level of polysaccharide in drinking water was 0.1% and 0.5%. The result showed that the quantity of XE.coli and Salmonella in the intestine of chicks decreased in trial groups (P<0.01) and the lactobacillus increased in somewhat. The average gain of trial groups was higher than that of control group (P<0.01).
