摘要 采用水浴法、蒸汽法、硫酸法、甲醛-NaOH法对曝气池活性污泥的胞外聚合物(EPS)进行提取,测定了蛋白质和DNA含量,以评价提取效果和对细胞的破坏程度。实验结果表明,蒸汽法提取的EPS蛋白质含量为1 175.00 mg/g,提取效率高、操作简单,是一种较好的提取方法。在废水pH为3、EPS加入量为5 mL、CaCl_2加入量为7.0 mL的条件下,EPS对模拟黏土矿尾矿水的絮凝率为86.66%。 The extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) were extracted from aeration pool activated sludge by processes using heat water, steam, sulfuric acid or formaldehyde-NaOH. The contents of protein and DNA in EPS were determined to evaluate the extraction effect and the level of cell destruction. The experimental results show that steaming process is a good method for EPS extraction with high efficiency and simple operation, and the protein content of EPS extracted by this method is 1 775.00 mg/g. Under the conditions of wastewater pH 3, EPS dosage 5 niL and CaCl2 dosage 7.0 mL, the flocculation rate of the simulated clay tailing water is 86.66%.
