摘要
在经济全球化背景下,各国渴望在全球经济密切交往中实现优势互补,为发展中国家提供实现"后发优势"的宝贵机遇。技术创新全球化是当今世界技术创新的显著特征,表现为跨国公司一方面在全球整合研发资源,另一方面结成技术联盟,企图降低风险和垄断技术优势。面对跨国公司研发全球化与技术联盟,只有依靠自主创新,提升我国企业技术创新能力,才能打破发达国家跨国公司的技术垄断,实现我国的技术创新战略。
Under the background of economic globalization, every country is trying hard to develop the advantages of using each other＇s strength from close association of the global economy, which offers the opportunities to gain the ＂advantage of backwardness＂ for developing country. In today＇s world, the globalization trend of technology innovation is a significant feature of technology innovation. Attempting to reduce the risk and monopolize technical superiority, the multinational corporations （MNC） integrate the global research and development （R＆D） resources on the one hand; on the other hand, they form technology alliance, which brings challenges to developing country. Facing R＆D globalization and technology alliance of MNC, only by depending upon independent innovation and enhancing technology innovation ability of Chinese enterprises, can our country break technology monopoly of MNC from developed countries and realize Chinese technology innovation strategy.
