摘要
为了寻求高耐候性混凝土抗碳化氟碳涂层材料,以FEVE氟树脂、聚异氰酸酯固化剂、金红石钛白粉等为主要原料,研究了固化剂的种类与不同颜料体积浓度对氟碳涂层材料的硬度、耐冲击性能等力学性能的影响,并筛选出最佳配方。所得到的新材料,耐冲击性能达到50 cm;抗碳化深度为0;耐人工老化性大于2 000h,远远优于丙烯酸酯类涂料。用新材料对混凝土进行抗碳化处理,可避免混凝土与外界CO2、酸雨等有害物质的接触,保证混凝土内部一直处在高碱性环境中,以提高混凝土的耐久性和服务年限。
In order to obtain a kind of high weather resistance anti-carbonization fluorocarbon coating material,we adopt FEVE fluorine resin,polyisocyanate curing agent and rutile titanium pigment and so on as the main materials to study the influence of different types of curing agents and pigment volume concentrations on hardness and impact resistance of fluorocarbon coating materials,and screen out the best formula.The impact resistance is 50 cm,the anti-carbonization depth is 0,and the resistance to artificial weathering is larger than 2000 h,which is much better than acrylic coating.The anti-carbonation process of concrete using the new fluorocarbon coating material can avoid the contacting with ambient CO2,acid rain and other hazardous materials,which ensures that the concrete is always in the environment of high alkaline,so as to increase its durability.
